Why we collect it
Your information is collected solely to process the consular service you have applied for.
Who can see it
Only authenticated consulate staff and you (the applicant) can access your personal data.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by Creative Code Logic Ltd on behalf of the consulate, encrypted at rest where the hosting provider supports it.
How long we keep it
Records are kept for as long as the consulate's record-keeping obligations require, after which they may be deleted or archived in line with consular record-keeping practice.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, request deletion (subject to consulate retention obligations), or correct inaccurate information.
